Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the services and website provided by Heartworkers, Søllerødgade 42, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark ("Heartworkers", "we", "us"). You can reach us at leads@heartworkers.com or +45 30 80 07 06.

2. The service

Heartworkers provides appointment-setting services for home service businesses. We identify homeowners with relevant projects, qualify the job, and book estimate appointments on behalf of our clients. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

3. Client agreements

The specific scope, pricing, and duration of our services are agreed with each client in a separate service agreement or written order. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

4. Client responsibilities

5. No guarantee of outcomes

We work to book qualified estimate appointments, but unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a specific number of appointments, conversion rates, or revenue. Whether an appointment results in a sale depends on factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, and graphics — belongs to Heartworkers and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heartworkers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate services immediately in case of material breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
