- Homeowner project details — when we qualify a project on behalf of a client, we process the contact details and project information that the homeowner shares with us.

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including website hosting (Cloudflare), chat and customer management (LeadConnector / HighLevel), and email services. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. When we book an appointment for a client, we share the relevant homeowner's contact and project details with that client. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA; where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example bookkeeping rules). Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
6. Cookies and chat widget
This website itself does not set tracking cookies. The chat widget on the site may use cookies or similar local storage necessary for the chat to function, provided by LeadConnector / HighLevel. If you do not want this, simply refrain from using the chat and contact us by email or phone instead.
